Job Description: Creative Content & Video Editing Intern (PPO) Duration: 3–6 Months (Full-time offer based on performance) Location: Hyderabad (On-site) – Office based in Financial District Open to: Freshers & experienced creative candidates who can join immediately About the Role: We're looking for a creative and trend-driven Video Editing & Creative Content (Marketing) Intern who enjoys bringing ideas to life through engaging videos and eye-catching visuals. If you love editing Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos while keeping up with the latest content trends, this role is for you. Along with creative content production, you'll gain exposure to digital marketing, branding, and content strategy by working closely with our marketing team. Key Responsibilities: • Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Create high-quality Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and educational content related to financial markets and IPOs. • Design social media creatives, banners, thumbnails, presentation decks (PPTs), and other marketing assets. • Shoot content using a smartphone or camera whenever required. • Apply creative storytelling, smooth transitions, pacing, sound design, and motion elements to produce compelling videos. • Stay updated with the latest content formats and editing trends to create engaging, platform-ready content. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets for campaigns and brand communication. • Support content optimization through basic SEO/AEO practices and contribute ideas that improve audience engagement. Skills Required: • Strong video editing skills with tools such as DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, VN, Canva, Adobe or similar software. • Good graphic design skills using Canva or equivalent design tools. • Understanding of video storytelling, editing rhythm, transitions, typography, and visual aesthetics. • Ability to create clean and professional presentation decks (PPTs). • Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media content, and SEO/AEO concepts. • Good communication skills and proficiency in English. • Creative mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Bonus Skills: • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar creative software. • Knowledge of branding, content planning, and audience engagement. • A portfolio showcasing video edits, graphics, presentations, or other creative work.
