Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: - Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform capabilities that enable internal teams, developers, partners, or external customers. - Define platform requirements by collaborating with engineering, architecture, design, business, operations, and customer-facing teams. - Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery and prioritization to development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. - Translate complex technical problems into scalable product solutions and clear product requirements. - Partner with engineering teams to define APIs, platform services, infrastructure capabilities, integrations, and developer experiences. - Establish product success metrics, monitor adoption, reliability, performance, and business impact. - Gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and technical teams to identify improvement opportunities. Preferred Candidate Profile: - 5-10 years of experience in product management, with demonstrated ownership of platform, infrastructure, API, SaaS, developer, data, or enterprise products. - Strong understanding of platform ecosystems, APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, and technical architectures. - Proven experience working closely with engineering teams and managing highly technical product areas. - Ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes. - Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to drive product decisions. - Experience managing products used by multiple teams, developers, customers, or enterprise users. - Ability to balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform scalability. - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred; MBA is a plus.
