Job Description: Graduate Engineer (Mechanical) Location: Nadiad, Gujarat Department: Manufacturing / Production Experience: Freshers (0–1 Year) Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineering freshers to join our manufacturing team at our Nadiad office. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and production operations, along with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist in day-to-day manufacturing and production activities. • Understand and support various manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, welding, casting, sheet metal, and assembly. • Monitor production activities to ensure quality and productivity standards are met. • Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. • Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve shop-floor issues. • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. • Participate in process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives. • Maintain production records and prepare basic reports. • Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices. Required Skills • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production techniques. • Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T fundamentals. • Familiarity with quality concepts and measuring instruments is an advantage. • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Eligibility • B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. • Freshers are encouraged to apply. • Internship or academic project experience in manufacturing will be an added advantage.
