Key Responsibilities: • Ensure shutdown planning, CAPEX, Preventive & Predictive planning and Conduct planning of spares and their consumption. • Compliance to Statutory regulations, HZL Safety Standards, and DGMS guidelines for Mechanical safety in UG mines. • Inspection of the running condition of equipment. • O & M cost monitoring and reduction. • Through knowledge of VSAP framework and active participation and implementation for score improvement. • Advance maintenance planning, innovative idea, and new technology implementation, reduce downtime and increase availability and reliability of plant equipment. • Perform submission of monthly reports such as MTTR, MTBF, Breakdown Analysis, OEE report etc. • Ensuring 100% Compliance of AO Module and effective implementation of it in department. Desired Attributes; • Minimum 10 Years of experience in Mines / Plant / Smelters • Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech degree in Mechanical • Location: Rajasthan • Experience: 10+ years
