Role Overview : We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of Fairdeals Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role will be responsible for designing and scaling warehouse technology that supports inbound operations, inventory management, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and operational productivity across dark stores. The ideal candidate should have strong product management experience, deep understanding of warehouse operations, and the ability to build scalable technology solutions for high-volume operational environments. Key Responsibilities : A. Product Strategy & • Roadmap : • Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) • Define product vision, priorities, and success metrics aligned with business objectives • Build scalable warehouse technology to support expansion from current dark stores to 50 locations • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities • Drive continuous innovation and process automation across warehouse operations B. Warehouse Operations Technology : • Design and optimize workflows for Goods Receipt Note (GRN), putaway, inventory movement, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns • Build systems that improve operational visibility, efficiency, and process compliance • Develop warehouse workflows that reduce manual intervention and increase productivity • Standardize warehouse processes through technology-enabled SOPs • Support warehouse teams with intuitive and efficient operational tools C. Inventory Visibility & • Accuracy : • Build real-time inventory visibility systems across warehouses and dark stores • Develop inventory tracking mechanisms that improve stock accuracy and traceability • Enable real-time monitoring of inventory movement and stock availability • Support cycle count, audit, and reconciliation workflows • Drive initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage D. Productivity & • User Experience : • Improve frontline worker experience through simple, intuitive, and efficient workflows • Build technology solutions that increase picking, packing, and fulfillment productivity • Reduce operational friction points through automation and process redesign • Partner closely with warehouse teams to understand on-ground challenges • Ensure high product adoption and operational effectiveness E. System Integrations & • Automation : • Integrate WMS with Order Management Systems (OMS), Auto Replenishment Systems, Procurement Platforms, and Rider Dispatch Systems • Ensure seamless data flow across supply chain and operational platforms • Drive automation initiatives across inventory, fulfillment, and warehouse processes • Collaborate with Engineering teams to build scalable and reliable system architecture • Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics for operational efficiency F. Data Analytics & • Performance Management : • Define and monitor key warehouse performance metrics • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for operational visibility • Track KPIs including inventory accuracy, pick accuracy, fulfillment SLA, productivity, and turnaround times • Use data-driven insights to prioritize product enhancements and operational improvements • Conduct root-cause analysis and identify opportunities for optimization G. Cross-Functional Collaboration : • Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Category, Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories • Manage product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment • Drive stakeholder alignment and product adoption across the organization • Ensure successful rollout of new features and process improvements What Were Looking For : • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field • 5 years of Product Management experience • Experience building Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), Logistics Technology, Supply Chain Platforms, or Operations Technology products • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and dark store processes • Experience working closely with frontline operational teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability
