Key Responsibilities • Develop innovative digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. • Automate e-commerce sales processes using AI and digital tools to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. • Identify new customer acquisition channels and optimize existing marketing campaigns. • Analyze customer behavior, website traffic, and campaign performance to recommend data-driven improvements. • Leverage AI tools for content creation, marketing automation, personalization, and lead generation. • Enhance the online shopping journey to make Bhairavi World a highly customer-centric luxury brand. • Work closely with the founders to conceptualize and execute creative growth initiatives. • Research emerging technologies, automation platforms, and digital trends that can provide a competitive advantage. Desired Skills • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from an IIT. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce platforms. • Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation, and workflow automation. • Understanding of data analytics and customer journey optimization. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
