Role: Business Analyst Experience: 1–3 Years Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Engineering Graduates) What we're looking for: * Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to interact effectively with external stakeholders. * Strong interest in FinTech, Banking, and Digital Lending. * Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and business workflows. * Knowledge of requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, and functional documentation. * Exposure to Postman or Swagger. * Ability to collaborate with lenders, external partners, and cross-functional teams. * Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. * Good understanding of databases and data analysis. * Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
