Java Developer - Fresher Candidates Preferred

Role Overview Iris Medical Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Java Developers based in Kochi, Kerala. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about software development and eager to build their careers in Java technologies. Key Responsibilities - Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using Java. - Work with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks. - Develop and maintain applications using Hibernate. - Manage and retrieve data using MySQL databases. - Support the development and integration of web applications. - Debug and troubleshoot application issues. - Learn and follow best coding practices and development standards. Required Qualifications - Basic to good understanding of Core Java. - Understanding of Spring and Spring Boot. - Basic knowledge of Hibernate. - Basic knowledge of MySQL and database concepts. - Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Strong willingness to learn new technologies. - Basic knowledge of Python. - Project experience in Java development. - Internship or academic project experience in Java/web development. Qualification: - BCA / MCA / BSc (Computer Science) / MSc (Computer Science) / Diploma in Computer Science (2025 or 2026 pass-outs preferred). - Candidates with Java internship experience are also preferred.
