Position : Civil Engineer – Interior Fit-Out Location : Dehradun, Uttarakhand Qualification : B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering Experience : 6–8 years of relevant experience • Prior experience in hotel/hospitality interior fit-out projects is mandatory Key Responsibilities • Prepare, implement, and monitor project schedules for interior fit-out and MEP works. • Plan and manage project resources to ensure timely completion. • Coordinate and manage vendors involved in hospitality interior execution. • Liaise with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. • Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and project timelines. • Oversee project completion, testing, snag rectification, and successful handover.
