Your impact Seeking an experienced Lead Engineer - Static Equipment to lead the design and engineering of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, columns, storage tanks, and other static equipment for EPCM projects in the Pharma, Specialty Chemicals, Petrochemical, FMCG, and Process Industries. Key Responsibilities • Lead static equipment engineering from FEED to Detailed Engineering. • Prepare and review datasheets, specifications, design calculations, MRs, and TBEs. • Review vendor documents, fabrication drawings, and inspection requirements. • Ensure compliance with ASME, API, TEMA, NACE, IBR, PESO, and relevant international standards. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and support procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. • Guide and mentor engineers/designers while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance. Here's what you'll need • 14-18 years of experience in Static Equipment Engineering within EPC/EPCM organizations. • Hands-on experience in pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, reactors, and columns. • Proficiency in PV Elite, Compress, TANK, and AME Tank. • Strong knowledge of metallurgy, fabrication, welding, QA/QC, and vendor management. • Experience in Pharma, Specialty Chemicals, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Process Industry projects preferred. • Preferred Background Candidates from leading EPC/EPCM organizations or similar organizations with strong Static Equipment engineering experience.
