Engineer Mechanical- MIS

Job Purpose To manage and maintain the Mechanical Department's MIS by preparing accurate reports, updating maintenance records, analyzing equipment data and supporting effective maintenance planning and decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports. • Maintain maintenance records for HEMM and other mining equipment. • Update preventive, breakdown and repair maintenance data. • Monitor equipment availability, downtime and maintenance KPIs. • Maintain spare parts consumption and inventory records. • Update ERP with maintenance-related information. • Prepare equipment performance and cost analysis reports. • Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of reports. • Coordinate with Mechanical, Stores, Production and Finance departments for data collection and reconciliation. • Support audits and ensure compliance with company procedures. Qualification • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. • Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP knowledge preferred. Experience • 2–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance MIS, preferably in mining or heavy equipment industries.
