About Us Karmè Social is a Hyderabad-based performance and brand marketing agency for D2C and premium lifestyle brands. We apply consumer psychology to paid media, so every rupee is tied to real buying behaviour. Read This First This is a junior role, not a training role. You must have personally run live campaigns. We'll give you real budgets and sharpen your strategy, but we can't teach the platforms from zero. What You'll Do • Run and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube • Set up and maintain tracking (Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM) • Manage Merchant Center feeds and fix disapprovals • Build WhatsApp campaigns and automations on AiSensy • Monitor spend, CPA, and ROAS daily and report weekly Must-Have Skills • Meta Ads: Advantage+, CBO/ABO, catalog ads, lead forms, Pixel and CAPI setup • Google Ads: Search, Performance Max, Shopping, conversion tracking • YouTube Ads: In-stream, Shorts, and Demand Gen campaigns • Google Merchant Center: Feed setup, disapprovals, policy fixes • AiSensy WhatsApp API (priority): Template creation and approval, broadcasts, chatbot flows, Click to WhatsApp ads, opt-in journeys, and quality rating management • Tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs • Tools: Shopify, Google Sheets, Looker Studio Other Requirements • Own laptop (minimum 8GB RAM, recent Chrome browser) with reliable internet • Own smartphone for testing ads, WhatsApp flows, and landing pages How to Apply Email meghana@karmesocial.com with subject "Performance Marketing: [Your Name]" and include: • Resume • Screenshots of campaigns you ran (blur client names) showing spend and results • One AiSensy flow or broadcast you built, with results if available • Confirmation that you have your own laptop Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: • Work from home Application Question(s): • Which of these platforms have you personally run live campaigns or flows on?
