Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Civil Engineer role is based in Chandrapur. The Senior Civil Engineer will lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings and calculations, supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and resolving technical issues. The role involves monitoring project progress, managing resources, conducting quality and safety checks, and providing guidance to junior engineers and site teams. The Senior Civil Engineer will also support project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Qualifications • Strong Industrial Civil Engineering foundation, including Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles. • Experience collaborating with Civil Engineers and multidisciplinary project teams in planning and execution. • Competence in Planning and project coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking. • Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure execution. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. • Several years of relevant experience in Industrial Construction, preferably in a senior or lead role. • Familiarity with engineering design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design software) and MS Office. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and safety standards. • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff and manage site teams. • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices applicable to projects in Chandrapur and surrounding regions.
