About Kamala Infra Kamala Infra is the civil construction and infrastructure arm of Kamala Group, Hyderabad. We execute residential and institutional buildings, agricultural infrastructure including polyhouses and farm development, land development and layout projects, and industrial unit setups. Our work spans multiple sites across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, and we are growing quickly. Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Site Engineer to take full execution ownership of assigned project sites: planning the day's work, directing contractors and labour, controlling quality and material, and reporting progress to management. You will be the company's representative on site. Key Responsibilities Execution and supervision • Plan and supervise all day-to-day civil works: excavation, foundations, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing • Set out and mark layouts from approved drawings, and verify line, level and dimensions • Lead site contractors, vendors and labour teams, and keep the daily workforce deployed productively • Resolve site-level technical issues and escalate design clashes to the architect or consultant Quality and safety • Carry out quality checks at every stage: reinforcement, shuttering, concrete pours, cube tests and slump tests • Make sure the work follows approved drawings, specifications and relevant IS codes • Enforce safety practices and housekeeping at the site Material and cost control • Raise material requirements in advance and coordinate with the purchase team • Verify incoming material against the order for quantity and quality, and control wastage and theft • Maintain material consumption and reconciliation records Measurement and billing • Take joint measurements, prepare and verify contractor RA bills • Prepare BOQs, estimates and quantity take-offs from drawings • Support client billing and certification Planning and reporting • Prepare and track the project schedule, and flag delays with recovery plans • Submit daily progress reports, weekly site reports with photographs, and update the project tracker • Coordinate with the architect, structural consultant, MEP agencies and statutory authorities Required Qualifications • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil Engineering with strong site experience • [5–8] years of hands-on site execution experience in building or infrastructure construction • Proven ability to run a site independently and manage contractors • Strong knowledge of RCC and structural works, finishing works, and construction methods • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel, and able to read structural and architectural drawings fluently • Working knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis and RA billing • Fluent in Telugu and English, or Hindi • Willing to travel to and stay at project sites as needed • Two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred Preferred • Experience across more than one project type, such as residential, institutional, industrial or agricultural infrastructure • Exposure to Revit, MS Project or Primavera • Experience handling multiple sites at once • Awareness of GHMC, HMDA or panchayat approval processes What We Offer • Direct ownership of projects, with decision-making authority on site • Exposure across a multi-vertical group: construction, agri-infrastructure, solar and land development • Growth to Project Manager as the company scales Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits: • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
