About the Role Keerthi Estates Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and hands-on Junior Engineer (Civil) to join our project execution team for a premium villa development in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site execution, coordinating with contractors and site teams, monitoring quality and progress, and ensuring construction activities are completed as per approved drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.Independently handle villa construction activities including RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and other site teams.Check line, level, dimensions and quality of work at every stage.Monitor manpower, materials and daily site progress against the project schedule.Carry out quantity checks and measurements and assist with contractor billing.Ensure proper material usage and minimise wastage at site.Maintain daily progress reports, site records and quality documentation.Coordinate MEP works with civil and finishing activities.Ensure adherence to quality standards and site safety requirements.Identify execution issues early and coordinate with the Project Engineer / Project Manager for timely resolution. Candidate Profile Minimum 4 years of hands-on residential construction experience.Experience in premium villas or gated community projects will be preferred.Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.Strong knowledge of site execution and construction sequencing.Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.Good contractor, subcontractor and labour-management skills.Strong focus on quality, timelines and execution.Comfortable working independently at a construction site. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
