Civil Engineer (Site Supervision & Billing) Position: Site Engineer Experience Required: 3-5 years of relevant experience Location: Pune (On-site) Key Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise daily site operations. • Monitor material usage and inventory. • Plan, track, and ensure adherence to work schedules. • Prepare, and maintain RA (Running Account) Bills. • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project execution. • Ensure quality standards and site safety compliance. • Maintain accurate site records and progress reports. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in site execution and billing. • Experience in preparing and managing RA bills. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities. • Proven record of working on residential projects. • Pune based candidate only. Good to have: • Work experience at a contracting firm. Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
