Marketing Intern Content & Social

Kremlin Tech Ventures is launching a full-service digital marketing vertical to help our clients grow through paid media, content, video, and SEO - all under one roof. We're building a lean, senior-led team that moves fast and owns outcomes end-to-end, from strategy and campaign execution to the content and creative that brings it to life. If you want real ownership from day one rather than a narrow slice of a big machine, this is where that happens. We're building a full-service digital marketing vertical at Kremlin Tech Ventures and looking for marketing interns to join as content creators from day one. This is a hands-on role - you'll write, shoot, post, and manage content across client accounts, working closely with our Video Editor, Performance Marketer and Digital Marketing Specialist. What you'll do: • Write blog posts, articles, and marketing copy across client verticals • Create raw content - shoot photos and short-form video (reels, BTS, talking-head clips) for client accounts, on-camera when needed • Plan and execute social media content calendars; write captions and manage community engagement • Draft ad copy, email copy, and landing page copy to support paid campaigns • Coordinate with our Video Editor on scripts, shot lists, and raw footage handoff • Research industry trends, competitor content, and platform best practices • Support basic content performance reporting (engagement, reach) What we're looking for: • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field • Strong writing skills - writing samples/portfolio required • Comfortable creating content on camera and with a phone/camera - this isn't just a writing or scheduling role • Active and comfortable across social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) • Basic familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus • High ownership mentality - this role spans multiple content functions, not just one Duration: 6 months, with potential to convert to full-time based on performance. Work arrangement: Full-time, in-office.
