Civil Construction Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Civil Construction Engineer to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis in Raigad, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a focus on executing and supervising civil works for EPC/EPCM/PMC projects. This role requires a deep understanding of various construction activities, including steel structures, piling, industrial buildings, precast structures, and foundations. Key responsibilities include the execution, supervision, and monitoring of civil works, ensuring that all activities align with project specifications and timelines. The Civil Construction Engineer will be responsible for studying drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance and quality. Proficiency in bill checking, quantity estimation, and material planning is essential, as is the ability to prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS). The successful candidate will also be tasked with site execution planning, tracking progress, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. This includes managing site constraints, change management, and communication with internal and external teams. The role demands strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make site decisions effectively. To qualify for this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and a Diploma in Engineering, with relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Industrial projects preferred. A strong knowledge of civil construction activities, familiarity with IS codes, and the ability to read and interpret various types of drawings are crucial. Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills, along with team management abilities, are also required to foster a collaborative work environment.
