Graduate Engineer preferably from Mechanical stream/ Electronic Stream / Any Engineering Stream. 8 to 12 years of experience in Engineering manufacturing Shop . Shop planning and Procurement . Familiar with Advance machine tools having more than 3 axis CNC controls from FANUC or Siemens , Familiar with machine tools programming language. Deep knowledge and extensive involvement in leadership position in implementation of modern methods/concepts for improving production and uptime of complex machine tools . Knowledge of Modern concepts such as below , very essential • Total productive maintenance (TPM) • SMED- Single Minute Exchange of Die • 6 SIGMA • LEAN MANUFACTURING • AI tools • MAKIGAMI and other Analysis tools • FMEA: Failure Mode Effect Analysis • Basic Knowledge about CNC machine mainteanance • Basic knowledge about Hydraulics, Pneumatics
