Data Analyst Intern

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, identify process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights. • Work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business users. • Create process flow diagrams, business requirement documents (BRDs), and functional requirement documents (FRDs). • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions. • Support testing activities, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing). • Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are met. • Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience in requirement gathering and documentation. • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. • Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and MS Office Suite. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
