Data Analyst - Python/ Power BI/ SQL

About the Role Marma Consultancy is hiring for a data analyst role for a fast growing BI Consulting firm. This is a full time, work from office role based out of Nagpur, Maharashtra. Marma consultancy is looking for a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence domain with strong hands on knowledge of SQL and Python. The role will offer exposure to various project starting with defining and setup of key KPIs which will help management of various renewable energy devices. In future, the role will also offer opportunities to work on Ed-tech and Fintech BI Projects. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with leadership. The candidate should have excellent problem solving and technical skills. Key Responsibilities Participate and present your findings in business review meetings Write optimized SQL queries and python codes to build a robust solution Perform data validation, cleaning, and quality checks across varied datasets Collaborate with senior analysts and project leads to understand requirements and translate them into analysis Document findings clearly and present basic insights to internal stakeholders Learn and apply domain-specific logic (e.g., supply chain, marketing, operations, finance) as needed per project Flag data inconsistencies or gaps proactively and suggest improvements Requirements 13 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related fieldWorking knowledge of SQL (Data manipulation, wrangling)Basic to intermediate Python skills (Pandas, data manipulation fundamentals)Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)Any one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)Strong analytical and problem-solving mindsetGood communication skills to work with cross-functional teamsEagerness to learn new tools, business domains, and analytical methods quicklyHigh adaptability, comfortable switching between projects with minimal ramp-up time About the Role Marma Consultancy is hiring for a data analyst role for a fast growing BI Consulting firm.
