Business, Operations and Marketing Intern

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and talented interns to join Matrix Exports, and we would be delighted to extend this opportunity to the students. Our internship program offers hands-on industry experience in procurement, government and private tender management, market research, business operations, vendor coordination, client communication, and business development. Students will work on real-time projects, develop practical business skills, and gain valuable exposure to corporate work environments. Eligibility: MBA/PGDM, BBA, B.Com, BCA, Engineering, and other relevant streams. Stipend: ₹5,000–₹8,000 per month (based on skills and performance). Export Merchandising 3 FMCG Full ownership of the export lifecycle from inquiry to delivery. Direct coordination with international buyers, suppliers, and logistics providers. Absolute responsibility for compliance, documentation accuracy, and shipment monitoring. Tender Operations Identify and track government and private tenders without supervision. End-to-end responsibility for documentation, submission, follow-ups, and compliance. Missed deadlines or errors will not be excused. HR Operations Execute recruitment support, maintain employee records, and manage onboarding processes. Handle attendance data and HR files with strict confidentiality. Errors in HR records will be viewed seriously. Documentation & Administration Sole responsibility for organizing and safeguarding official records DONE BY YOU . Ensure 100% compliance with internal documentation. Draft professional correspondence, reports, and manage official communication channels efficiently.
