About the job Asst Manager- MIS/Business Analyst Responsibility: • The MIS Analyst is responsible for the design, development, implementation and support in preparing enterprise BI reports, Excel Reports, and other tools and working with BA Channel team. • Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends • Communicate with management team regularly. • Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity • Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources • Providing data insight for better strategy formation. Preparing different Sales operation and financial • Analysis reports • Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success • Present actionable information and insights to team members and management • Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively • Collaborate with team members and members of other departments Skill Sets:- • Highly analytical and data minded • Able to understand and communicate regularly with senior management • Strategic thinker with high levels of motivation • Networking and interpersonal skills, needs to collaborate well with the team • Ability to deal with ambiguity; and able to connect the dots • Person with high commitment levels Technical Skills:- Should have proficient level in MS Excel , MIS
