Job Overview Senior Data Analyst – AI&ML Role Summary We are looking for a highly skilled data-focused engineer/analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Python, complemented by practical AI/ML and GenAI experience. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, data engineering, and AI, focusing on building data-driven products, advanced analytics, and intelligent solutions across key business domains such as fraud, pricing, customer behavior, and operational analytics. What You’ll Do Data Analytics & BI (Core Focus) Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insights Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI Build robust data models, measures (DAX), and KPI frameworks Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization in reporting Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions SQL & Data Engineering Write and optimize complex SQL queries across large datasets Work with structured and semi-structured data across data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure) Build and maintain data pipelines and transformations (ETL/ELT) Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across datasets AI / ML & GenAI Application Development Develop basic ML models and predictive analytics solutions (classification, regression, etc.) Build lightweight AI/ML use cases to enhance analytics (e.g., forecasting, anomaly detection) Leverage GenAI tools (LLMs, APIs) to develop internal applications, automation, or insight generation tools Integrate AI capabilities into dashboards, workflows, and data products Python Development Use Python for data processing, automation, and model development Work with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc. Build scripts and lightweight services to support analytics and AI use cases Collaboration & Delivery Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions Translate business problems into data and AI-driven approaches Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders What We’re Looking For Required Skills Strong experience in SQL (complex queries, optimization, large datasets) Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization) Solid understanding of data analysis, data structures, and data platforms Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation Practical understanding of machine learning concepts Experience working with end-to-end data pipelines and transformations Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Experience building or integrating GenAI applications (LLMs, APIs, Copilot, etc.) Exposure to Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or similar data platforms Experience with unstructured data (text, transcripts, documents) Familiarity with model deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization Knowledge of data governance, semantic models, and BI frameworks Why This Role Matters This role will play a critical part in evolving our analytics function from descriptive reporting to intelligent, AI-driven decision-making.
