Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Engineering Professional based in Delhi, India. The Civil Engineering Professional will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising civil engineering projects such as infrastructure, water resource systems, and related facilities. Day-to-day tasks include preparing engineering designs and drawings, conducting site visits and inspections, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role will also involve managing project timelines and resources, preparing technical reports and documentation, and supporting decision-making with data-driven analysis. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clear communication with clients and partners are essential. Qualifications • Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to plan and deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions. • Water Resource Management expertise, including knowledge of hydrology, water distribution systems, and sustainable resource use. • Project Management capabilities to oversee scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder coordination throughout the project lifecycle. • Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, contractors, and regulatory authorities. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field. • Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and local regulations in India. • Proficiency with civil engineering design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools). • Ability to perform on-site inspections, resolve technical issues, and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
