CADD Draftsman and Civil Site Engineers

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for CADD Draftsman and Civil Site Engineers. The CADD Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and engineering plans using CAD software, updating drawings based on design changes, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring that all drafting work complies with project specifications and standards. Civil Site Engineers will oversee day-to-day site activities, monitor work progress, ensure adherence to design and safety requirements, conduct site inspections, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Both positions will collaborate to resolve technical issues, support project documentation, and contribute to accurate reporting and timely project delivery. Qualifications: • Site Engineers - 3Nos Required: • 1 to 3 years of Civil Site supervision experience • Strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and ability to interpret and apply engineering principles to practical site and drafting work. • Should have a Bachelor’s diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; relevant technical certifications in CAD are an advantage. • Strong problem-solving skills, time management, and willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project needs and deliver complex projects. • Willing to travel in short notice. 2.Draftsman - 3 Nos Required • 1 to 5 years of Civil works Drafting experience • Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Engineering Drawings, including the creation and revision of detailed construction and layout plans. • Experience in Civil Engineering Drafting, with attention to accuracy, standards compliance, and clear documentation. • Hands-on expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools commonly used in civil engineering and drafting environments Civil 3D Experience would be an added advantage. • Bachelor’s diploma or ITI or a related discipline; relevant technical certifications in CAD are an advantage. • Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
