Job Description

Job Description-Group Product Manager-Lead Management- Presales The Role As Group Product Manager-Presales, you will own product outcomes across the top of the customer funnel - from organic traffic and digital lead generation through lead qualification, scoring, and visit scheduling. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role in a fast-scaling, multi-channel environment, where product decisions directly affect CAC, lead quality, and the volume and quality of visits that feed the sales engine. You will lead a pod of PMs across Growth and Presales tracks, working across a complex internal stakeholder map - digital marketing, channel partners, experience centres, franchisees, and lead relationship teams, each of which generates and nurtures leads through different channels with different incentives. The role requires both breadth and depth: setting clear direction across the pod while stepping in to frame problems, pressure-test solutions, and raise the quality of execution when the stakes are high. Scope of Responsibility • Own the LRM (Lead Relationship Management) workflow layer - how leads are assigned, prioritised, followed up on, and moved through the funnel, and set the strategic direction for lead scoring, disposition-based intervention logic, and LRM workflow tooling. • Identify and drive AI-native improvements across the lead funnel - qualification accuracy, lead prioritisation, and workflow automation, where intelligent systems can replace or augment manual effort at scale. • Set clear product direction and priorities across Growth and Presales PM-owned areas, ensuring the highest-leverage conversion opportunities get focus and that short-term conversion pressure doesn't crowd out foundational investments in organic infrastructure and presales systems. • Use funnel data, cohort analysis, and qualitative ground signals to identify friction points across channels and act on them with rigour. • Work hands-on with PMs to shape problem statements, evaluate solution approaches, and raise the quality of PRDs and execution plans - especially where problems span both tracks or where ambiguity, scale, or risk is high. • Drive alignment and close trade-offs across digital marketing, field-force operations, and engineering - particularly where channel incentives conflict or ownership is unclear. What Success Requires • 8–14 years of product management experience, with at least 4 years owning funnel or growth metrics directly as a PM. • Proven depth in organic growth and technical SEO as a product discipline - crawl architecture, Core Web Vitals, content and product experience optimisation. • Strong conversion science instincts - can reason about where intent forms and decays, how intervention timing and channel affect outcomes, and what separates a high-quality lead from a high-volume one. Experience in contexts where the final conversion step involves a human sales interaction is a meaningful plus. • Hands-on AI product experience - has shipped AI-driven features (voicebots, recommendation systems, intelligent intervention logic, lead scoring) and has a genuine point of view on where AI changes the product workflow. • Comfort managing a diverse internal stakeholder map across digital, offline, and field-force-driven lead channels - each with different incentives and ways of working. • Strong data fluency applied to funnel metrics - CAC, lead-to-visit conversion, channel mix, qualification accuracy. Knows how to use data to prioritise rigorously. • Hands-on orientation - willing and able to get into problem framing, solution design, and PRDs when complexity or ambiguity is high. • Establish high credibility with senior marketing, sales, and engineering leaders. • Demonstrated capability to lead, coach, and hold a high bar for PMs and cross-functional teams. • A collaborative, low-ego working style that reinforces trust, accountability, and a non-toxic execution culture at scale.
