Full Stack Developer at Nextindia Initiative Pvt. Ltd.

Role Overview Nextindia Initiative Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer located in Kankarbagh, Patna, Bihar. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Laravel, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Laravel and modern front-end technologies. - Develop and maintain server-side applications using PHP and the Laravel framework. - Build interactive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks. - Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party services. - Work with MySQL and other databases to design schemas, write queries, and manage data efficiently. - Implement Laravel features such as routing, middleware, authentication, validation, Eloquent ORM, and migrations. - Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and technical issues. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, QA testers, and other developers. - Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best development practices. - Optimize application performance and improve existing features. - Use Git or other version control systems for source code management. - Assist with application testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Required Qualifications - BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in full stack web development. - Strong hands-on experience with PHP and the Laravel framework. - Good understanding of Laravel architecture, MVC structure, Eloquent ORM, routing, middleware, and authentication. - Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design. - Practical knowledge of MySQL database management and query optimization. - Experience in REST API development and integration. - Familiarity with Git, GitHub, or other version control systems. - Understanding of web application security, debugging, and performance optimization. - Knowledge of website hosting, server configuration, and deployment processes. - Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with front-end technologies such as React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or Bootstrap is an advantage.
