Project Engineer / Site In-Charge – Civil & Finishing Works

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer / Site In-Charge to independently manage civil construction and finishing works for our residential project in Bengaluru/ Maduari/Chennai. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Plan and supervise day-to-day site execution. • Coordinate civil, finishing and related subcontractors. • Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, doors/windows and other finishing works. • Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications. • Monitor quality and rectify defects/snagging. • Maintain daily/weekly progress reports. • Coordinate with architects, consultants and subcontractors. • Check quantities and coordinate measurements/billing. • Monitor material requirements and wastage. • Ensure proper site safety practices and PPE compliance. • Track project schedules and ensure timely completion. • Coordinate inspections and approvals. • Manage manpower and subcontractor productivity. • Assist in project handover and final snag rectification. Qualifications • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. • 4–8 years of relevant site experience. • Experience in residential/apartment construction preferred. • Strong experience in civil + finishing works. • Ability to independently manage subcontractors and site activities. • Good knowledge of drawings, measurements and construction practices. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Ability to take ownership of project timelines and quality. • Candidates currently based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate preferred.
