Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience as a Product Owner to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between our IT and business objectives by translating business needs into technical solutions. Leveraging your experience as a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining product features, prioritizing development tasks, and ensuring the alignment of product deliverables with business goals. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements. Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams. Use your experience as a Product Owner to define and prioritize product features and enhancements. Create detailed business and functional requirements documentation. Analyze and document current processes and workflows. Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements or automation. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus. Assist in the planning and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT). Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and report on project status. Provide support and training to end-users on recent features or enhancements. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or IT workplace. Previous experience as a Product Owner or similar role is required. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in creating detailed requirements documentation (e.g., user stories, use cases, process flows). Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Business Analysis Skilled (CBAP) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is a plus. .
