Team members are encouraged to contribute practical solutions that improve productivity and project outcomes. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Anjar. The Civil Engineer will oversee planning and execution of civil works related to quarry operations, material handling, and site infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering designs and drawings, coordinating with site supervisors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards. The role involves assessing site conditions, managing stormwater and drainage systems, optimizing haul roads and stockyard layouts, and supporting maintenance of civil structures. The Civil Engineer will collaborate with management, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality requirements. Qualifications • Strong foundation in Civil Engineering, including Civil Engineering Design and practical application in industrial or construction environments. • Experience with Planning of site layouts, infrastructure works, and project scheduling for civil projects. • Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and erosion control for operational sites. • Ability to work effectively with other Civil Engineers, site supervisors, and multidisciplinary teams. • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field. • Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and permitting requirements for civil works. • Proficiency in basic engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD) and MS Office tools. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safe work practices. • Ability to work on-site in Anjar and manage field activities under varying conditions.
