The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of post -graduation professional experience building modern, responsive web applications with React JS, complemented by solid backend capability in Node.js / Python and familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.<\/span> <\/p>Day -to -day, roughly 60% of your work will be frontend -focused – implementing pixel -perfect interfaces, managing state, and optimising user experience – while the remaining 40% will involve backend API development, database schema work, and service integration. You should be comfortable switching between both layers as priorities shift.<\/span> <\/p>Experience in financial services, trading platforms, or virtual asset ecosystems is a strong advantage. You will be part of a unique Tech Development studio founded by IIT alumni, building products for global clients across regulated markets.<\/span> <\/p>WHAT YOU WILL DO<\/span><\/b> <\/p><\/div>Frontend (Primary – ~60%)<\/span><\/b> <\/p>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Architect, build, and maintain high -quality React JS applications with clean, maintainable, and testable code.<\/span> <\/p>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Implement pixel -perfect UIs that match design specifications, with smooth animations and transitions delivering an excellent user experience.<\/span> <\/p>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Own the frontend state management strategy using Redux, Context API, Zustand, or equivalent, ensuring predictable data flow across complex interfaces.<\/span> <\/p>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Integrate third -party APIs and services from the UI layer, including RESTful endpoints, WebSocket streams, payment gateways, and authentication providers.<\/span> <\/p>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Optimise frontend performance through code -splitting, lazy loading, memoisation, and efficient rendering patterns.<\/span> <\/p>Backend (Supporting – ~40%)<\/span><\/b> <\/p>•
