It automates scheduling, payments, attendance tracking, invoice generation, and course delivery. The platform supports both 1-on-1 and group learning models. It serves over 2,000 businesses, with notable clients including Bambinos, Network Kings, Sarva, and LSL. The team is 35 people strong, fast-moving, and mission-driven. Engineers take real ownership and see the direct impact of their work. Position Overview As a Frontend Engineer, you will build and own production-ready features that power the core product experience for thousands of tutoring businesses. You'll work directly with product and design to translate requirements into clean, performant UI, and take full accountability from development through post-launch. This is a high-ownership role in a lean team where your work ships fast and matters immediately. Role & Responsibilities - Build and maintain production-ready frontend features using React and modern JavaScript across the platform - Translate product requirements into clean, functional, and responsive UI components with minimal back-and-forth - Integrate frontend with REST APIs and handle async data flows reliably across scheduling, payments, and reporting surfaces - Debug and resolve UI issues to root cause — not surface-level patches — across browsers and devices - Take full ownership of features from development through release and post-launch monitoring - Continuously improve performance, accessibility, and code quality across the codebase - Adapt to shifting product priorities without introducing regressions or accruing technical debt Must Have Criteria - 3+ years of hands-on production experience building with React - Strong JavaScript fundamentals — closures, async/await, event loop, ES6+ - Solid command of React hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext, custom hooks) and component architecture - Proven experience integrating with REST APIs and managing async data in frontend applications - Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive layout techniques - Experience working in a B2B SaaS product environment - Available to work onsite full-time from Bangalore Nice to Have - Experience building SaaS dashboards or admin panels with complex data tables and filters - Hands-on frontend performance optimization — lazy loading, code splitting, memoization - Familiarity with modern frontend tooling such as Vite, Webpack, or ESLint - Exposure to state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit or Zustand - Prior experience at a startup or early-stage SaaS company What We Offer - High-ownership role in a 35-person team — your work ships to 2,000+ real businesses immediately - Onsite role in Bangalore with a fast-moving, mission-driven team - Direct exposure to product, design, and business decisions at an early company stage - Opportunity to shape frontend architecture and engineering culture as the team scales
