Mechanical Engineer – Inspection Services Job Locations: Kolhapur, Sangli, Rajkot, Juna Khat and Bhavnagar Salary: ₹65,000 per month (CTC, all-inclusive) Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience We are hiring Mechanical Engineers for a leading global organization specializing in commodity testing, inspection and certification services. Candidates should have relevant experience in dimensional inspection and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) of castings, fabricated components or related commodities. Key Responsibilities • Conduct dimensional inspections of cast and finish-machined components. • Perform dimensional inspection of fabricated structures and components. • Carry out NDT-related inspection activities as per applicable standards and project requirements. • Verify component dimensions, quality and compliance with technical specifications. • Prepare inspection reports and maintain relevant quality documentation. Commodity-Wise Requirements 1. Sand Castings – Kolhapur and Sangli, Maharashtra • Dimensional and NDT inspection of as-cast and finish-machined components. 2. Fabrication – Kolhapur and Sangli, Maharashtra • Fabrication dimensional inspection and NDT. 3. Investment Castings – Rajkot, Gujarat • Dimensional and NDT inspection of as-cast and finish-machined components. 4. Investment Castings – Juna Khat, Gujarat • Dimensional and NDT inspection of as-cast and finish-machined components. 5. Investment Castings – Bhavnagar, Gujarat • Dimensional and NDT inspection of as-cast and finish-machined components. Eligibility Criteria • B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the respective commodity and inspection domain. • Practical knowledge of dimensional inspection and applicable NDT methods. • Ability to understand engineering drawings, technical specifications and inspection requirements.
