We're Hiring | Civil Engineer – Project Audit & Bill Certification 📍 Location: Pirapainty, Bihar (On-site) 💼 Experience: 2–4 Years 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time ⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role RSAJ & Co., Chartered Accountants is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in Project Audit, Bill Certification, Quantity Verification, and Contractor Bill Review. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing and certifying civil project bills, verifying executed quantities, validating rates, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms, BOQs, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Key Responsibilities • Review and certify Contractor RA Bills and Final Bills. • Verify executed quantities against BOQs, drawings, and site measurements. • Conduct physical verification of civil works at project sites. • Validate measurements, rates, and contract provisions. • Prepare and review Measurement Books (MBs), reconciliation statements, and bill certification reports. • Identify billing discrepancies, excess claims, and potential cost leakages. • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and client representatives. • Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements. • Maintain audit documentation and prepare management reports. • Support project cost monitoring, variation analysis, and engineering audits. Eligibility • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. • 2–4 years of relevant experience in Project Audit, Bill Certification, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Project Monitoring. • Strong understanding of BOQs, engineering drawings, technical specifications, contracts, and measurement standards. • Experience in infrastructure, power, industrial, or large construction projects will be preferred. • Proficiency in MS Excel and engineering software such as AutoCAD. • Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. • Willingness to work on-site at Pirapainty, Bhagalpur District, UP.
