This position combines team leadership, intern training, recruitment coordination and interview support. The selected candidate will work closely with the HR team to coordinate new hiring, onboard interns and evaluate candidates. They may also participate as a second interviewer during selected interviews. The ideal candidate must have practical knowledge of major digital advertising platforms, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Pinterest Ads. You will teach interns how these platforms work, show them how to plan and manage campaigns, assign practical tasks, review their work and help them develop job-ready skills. This is a hands-on management position for someone who can lead people, maintain discipline, communicate clearly and manage several intern batches at the same time. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple batches of interns and oversee their daily work, attendance, progress and performance. Create structured training plans, weekly targets, assignments and learning schedules for each intern batch. Train interns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads and other relevant advertising platforms. Teach campaign planning, audience targeting, budgeting, ad creation, conversion tracking, optimisation and performance reporting. Demonstrate how to set up, manage and evaluate digital advertising campaigns. Explain what interns should do, how they should complete their tasks and how their work will be evaluated. Review intern assignments, campaign strategies, reports, advertisements and creative ideas. Provide clear, practical and constructive feedback. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, performance reviews and one-to-one discussions. Identify interns who require additional guidance and create improvement plans for them. Ensure that interns meet deadlines and maintain the expected quality of work. Coordinate with HR regarding new hiring requirements, intern intake, batch planning and onboarding. Support HR in screening and evaluating potential interns and employees. Participate in interviews when required, including acting as a second interviewer. Evaluate candidates based on communication, marketing knowledge, learning ability, professionalism and suitability for the role. Prepare and share interview feedback with HR and management. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, evaluations, interview feedback and final recommendations. Report batch progress, performance concerns, hiring requirements and training results to management. Identify high-performing interns and recommend them for advanced responsibilities or future opportunities. Continuously improve training materials, processes and team-management systems. Required Skills and Experience Practical experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Pinterest Ads. Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising, audience targeting, campaign optimisation and analytics. Previous experience managing, mentoring, supervising or training interns, junior employees or marketing teams. Ability to manage multiple teams or batches simultaneously. Ability to explain technical and marketing concepts in a simple and practical manner. Strong leadership, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to assign tasks, monitor performance and provide professional feedback. Comfortable using Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Google Docs, online meeting platforms and reporting tools. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong sense of responsibility, accountability and ownership. Professional written and spoken English. Preferred Qualifications Experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, social media advertising or digital advertising. Experience conducting interviews, screening candidates or supporting hiring decisions. Experience creating training programmes, standard operating procedures or employee evaluation systems. Familiarity with additional advertising, analytics or social media management platforms. Experience working with a startup, digital agency or fast-growing company.
