This is a hands-on opportunity to experiment with AI agents and build practical systems that help a growing interior design business reach more customers, generate enquiries, improve sales conversions, and scale its marketing operations. We are looking for someone who doesn't just talk about AI but actively experiments with it, builds workflows, tests ideas, and turns promising concepts into measurable business outcomes. What You'll Work On • AI Agents & Automation: Explore, test, and implement AI agents that automate repetitive marketing, sales, research, and business-development tasks. • Digital Marketing & Promotion: Develop AI-assisted workflows for marketing campaigns, social media promotion, local visibility, and residential interior design lead generation. • Customer Acquisition: Research and implement systems that help identify potential customers, attract relevant enquiries, and improve lead generation. • Sales Automation: Build workflows for lead tracking, enquiry qualification, customer follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and sales pipeline management. • AI-Powered Content Operations: Streamline the production and distribution of promotional content using AI tools, with a focus on driving enquiries and conversions. • Market & Competitor Research: Use AI tools to analyse local demand, competitors, customer search behaviour, marketing opportunities, and emerging trends in the Hyderabad interiors market. • Performance Tracking: Build simple reporting systems to monitor leads, appointments, quotations, conversions, and marketing performance. • Experimentation & Implementation: Continuously test new AI tools, agents, and automation platforms, evaluate their effectiveness, and implement the ones that deliver tangible business value.
