Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer will lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. This full-time, on-site role is based in Aurangabad and involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, supervising junior engineers, and reviewing engineering drawings and calculations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and checking design documents, overseeing site activities, managing project timelines and budgets, and addressing technical issues that arise during construction. The role also includes client coordination, preparing reports and presentations, supporting approvals from relevant authorities, and implementing best practices in stormwater management and other infrastructure systems. The Senior Civil Engineer is expected to provide mentorship, promote efficient workflows, and support continuous improvement across projects. Qualifications • Strong background in civil engineering fundamentals, with proven experience in Civil Engineering Design and overall Civil Engineering practice. • Experience leading or coordinating teams of Civil Engineers, including mentoring, technical oversight, and collaborative project delivery. • Demonstrated capability in project Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk assessment, and coordination with stakeholders. • Applied experience in Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related hydrology or infrastructure systems. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications are an advantage. • Proficiency with civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar) and familiarity with local codes and regulations. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and quality control. • Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner. • Proven experience working on-site on infrastructure, roads, buildings, or industrial projects, preferably in similar geographic or regulatory environments. • Ability to work full time on-site in Aurangabad and manage multiple priorities while meeting project deadlines.
