Digital Marketing & Content Creation - Internship

About the internship: Most marketing internships give you a login and a spreadsheet. This one gives you a brand. Shikom Solutions is a young Zoho consulting startup in Pune, and we are looking for the first member of our marketing team: someone who is curious about how brands grow online and wants to learn it by doing it. As our first marketing hire, you will not be one person in a large department. You will help shape how Shikom Solutions looks, sounds, and grows online, and you will see the real impact of your ideas. We will give you the tools, learning resources, and creative freedom to experiment. In return, we ask for curiosity, enthusiasm, and a genuine eagerness to learn. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Plan and manage the company's social media pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, including the content calendar. 2. Create posts, posters, carousels, and banners using Canva or similar tools. 3. Script, shoot, and edit short reels and videos about our work, our team, and Zoho tips. 4. Write captions, short blogs, and website copy in clear, professional English. 5. Support on-page SEO for shikom.com: keywords, meta tags, blog optimisation, and basic ranking checks. 6. Track post performance and share a simple weekly report on what worked and what did not. 7. Help prepare marketing material for expos, seminars, email campaigns and ad campaigns. 8. Keep an eye on digital marketing trends and suggest new ideas we can try. Freshers are welcome. We value curiosity and willingness to learn over experience. • 2. Basic hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, or any design or video-editing tool. Personal or college projects count. • 3. Good written English. Hindi or Marathi is a plus for regional content. • 4. Interest in at least one of the following: social media, content creation, video editing, graphic design or SEO. You do not need to be an expert in all of them. • 5. Comfortable appearing on camera or recording voiceovers for reels (preferred, not mandatory). • 6. Candidates based in Pune who can work from our Hinjewadi office.
