Roles & Responsibilities • Lead and manage civil engineering consultancy projects from concept to completion. • Review and approve DPRs, BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications. • Ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes, NBC, CPWD, MES, Defence, PSU, and statutory requirements. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Environmental disciplines. • Manage project schedules, deliverables, resources, and client requirements. • Conduct technical reviews, value engineering, and design optimization. • Attend client meetings, site visits, presentations, and project review discussions. • Support preparation of technical proposals, bids, consultancy agreements, and business development activities. • Establish and maintain quality assurance procedures for engineering deliverables. • Mentor, guide, and develop engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
