Business Analyst (Fully Remote) – Top US MNC (Enterprise Software)

We are hiring Business Analysts to join a Top US MNC building and scaling large-scale enterprise platforms, cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and AI-powered business solutions.This is an opportunity to work with a globally recognized organization while collaborating with product managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and customers to translate business needs into high-impact technology solutions used by thousands to millions of users worldwide.Location100% RemoteStart DateImmediate to 4 WeeksWhat You'll Do - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. • Elicit, define, and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products. • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases. • Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and digital transformation. • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions. • Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle. • Support solution design, feature validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production rollouts. • Perform data analysis to identify trends, business insights, and decision-support information. • Assist with change management, process documentation, and training materials. • Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope. • Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Required Skills - 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst. • Strong experience gathering, documenting, and analysing business requirements. • Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders. • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. • Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. • Ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams. Preferred Skills - Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms or cloud-based applications. • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques. • Experience with business process modelling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN. • Exposure to API integrations, system integrations, and enterprise application architectures. • Familiarity with UI/UX principles, wireframing, and user journey mapping. • Understanding of AI-powered applications, automation platforms, or digital transformation initiatives. • Experience working with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and analytics tools. • Knowledge of SDLC and software development best practices.
