We are hiring Data Analysts to join a Top US MNC building and scaling large-scale enterprise platforms, cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and AI-powered business solutions. This is an opportunity to work with a globally recognized organization while collaborating with business leaders, product managers, engineers, and data teams to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve customer experiences. Location 100% Remote Start Date Immediate to 4 Weeks What You'll Do - Collect, clean, analyse, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. - Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support business and operational decision-making. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements. - Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives. - Create and maintain KPIs, performance metrics, and executive reporting dashboards. - Validate data accuracy, consistency, and quality across multiple data sources. - Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse structured data. - Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven insights. - Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Support data governance, documentation, and reporting best practices. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Required Skills - 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Analytics Consultant. - Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting. - Experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis. - Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. - Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams. Preferred Skills - Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation. - Knowledge of statistics, data modelling, and exploratory data analysis. - Experience working with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Exposure to data warehouses including Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse. - Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration tools. - Understanding of AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics concepts. - Experience working in Agile environments and modern software development teams. - Knowledge of enterprise SaaS products and digital business platforms.
