Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

• Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site. • Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications. • Coordinate with contractors, workers, architects, and other site team members. • Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship. • Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work. • Take measurements and maintain daily site records and work reports. • Read and understand civil, architectural, and structural drawings. • Ensure proper execution of RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and other civil works. • Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution. • Maintain proper documentation of site activities, materials, measurements, and progress. • Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage. • Follow and maintain site safety procedures and construction standards. • Prepare and submit regular site progress reports to the reporting manager. • Coordinate with the office team regarding project updates, requirements, and material planning. Preferred Candidate • Candidates with residential/commercial construction site experience will be preferred. • Candidates who can independently handle day-to-day site activities will be preferred. • Fresh candidates with relevant internship/site training may also be considered if they demonstrate good technical knowledge. • Vehicle is mandatory.
