We're looking for a Junior Frontend Engineer with strong JavaScript fundamentals, a passion for interactive user experiences, and an interest in browser graphics, animations, and web-based game development. What You'll Build You'll contribute to a variety of product initiatives, including: • AI-powered web applications • Enterprise SaaS platforms • Browser-based interactive experiences • 2D games using PixiJS • Internal platforms and developer tools • Product MVPs that evolve into production systems You'll work closely with designers, backend engineers, AI engineers, product teams, and founders to build products used by real customers. Key Responsibilities Frontend Engineering • Build scalable, high-performance web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 . • Develop reusable, responsive, and accessible UI components. • Convert Figma designs into production-ready interfaces. • Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs. • Implement frontend authentication, authorization, and state management. • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsiveness. • Debug browser compatibility, rendering, and frontend performance issues. • Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code following engineering best practices. Interactive UI & Graphics • Build polished animations and micro-interactions. • Create engaging user experiences using modern animation libraries. • Work with Canvas, SVG, and WebGL-based graphics where required. • Optimize animation and rendering performance across browsers and devices. Browser Game Development • Develop browser-based 2D games using PixiJS . • Build gameplay mechanics, menus, HUDs, scoring systems, animations, and visual effects. • Work with sprite sheets, textures, particle systems, and asset pipelines. • Debug gameplay, rendering, and performance issues. • Explore Three.js and WebGL for future interactive products. Product Ownership • Understand user problems and business requirements. • Participate in solution design and technical discussions. • Build features end-to-end from planning and implementation to testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. • Take ownership of the quality, performance, and reliability of the features you build.
