About Us SyncWorks Technologies is a Pune-based fintech SaaS company. We build loan management, KYC verification, eNACH automation and payment software for cooperative banks, Patsansthas and NBFCs across Maharashtra. Our products include SyncLMS, SyncVerify and SynceNACH. Experience: Fresher (Intern) to 2 years Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Work from Office (Karve Nagar, Pune) What You Will Do • Test new features and bug fixes on our web applications before release • Write and run test cases for loan, KYC and collection workflows • Find, report and track bugs clearly, with steps, screenshots and expected vs actual results • Do functional, regression, smoke and UI testing across browsers and mobile • Check form validations, calculations such as EMI, interest and charges, and report outputs • Work daily with developers to verify fixes and close issues • Keep test documentation and checklists up to date What We Are Looking For • B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc (CS/IT) or any graduate with a strong interest in software testing • Basic understanding of SDLC, STLC and types of testing • Good attention to detail; you notice when something looks or works wrong • Clear written communication for bug reports • Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets Good to Have • Manual testing course or certification • Exposure to Jira or any bug-tracking tool • Basic SQL, API testing (Postman) or Selenium • Understanding of banking or loan concepts • Marathi language skills, since our clients are mainly in Maharashtra Who Will Fit Well • Freshers who want hands-on learning on live fintech products, not just training projects • People who ask "what if?" and try to break things • People who take ownership and follow up until a bug is actually fixed Why Join Us • Work on real software used by cooperative banks and credit societies • Learn directly with the product and development team • Clear growth path from intern to QA Engineer How to Apply: Apply on Indeed with your resume.
