Back Office and Social Media Marketing Intern – SyncSahakar Community Pune (In-office) | 6-Month Internship | ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month (in-hand) About the Role SyncWorks Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic Back Office and Social Media Marketing Intern to manage and grow our SyncSahakar Community — a platform connecting cooperative banks, Patsansthas, and NBFCs. This is a hands-on role where you'll own community engagement end-to-end. No prior experience required — we'll train you, but you should be a fast learner with a genuine interest in content and community building. What You'll Do • Manage and grow the SyncSahakar Community across platforms • Create engaging posts (text, graphics, short-form content) • Edit and upload videos across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. • Plan and host community events and webinars • Coordinate and host regular online meetings with client members • Respond to community queries and keep engagement active • Track community growth and engagement metrics Who We're Looking For • Strong written and verbal communication (English + Marathi/Hindi a plus) • Comfortable on camera / hosting live sessions and calls • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar) — willingness to learn is more important than expertise • Active and curious about social media trends, content, and community platforms • Self-starter, organized, and reliable — this is an in-office, ownership-driven role • Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Mass Comm, or related fields preferred Details • Location: B-15, Pentagon Tower, Karvenagar, Pune 411052 (in-office) • Working days: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM • Stipend: ₹5,000–₹10,000/month (in-hand, based on skill level) • Duration: 6 months Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Application Question(s): • Are you available to come for a face-to-face interview in Pune Location?
