Urgently HIRING: PRODUCT MANAGERS – AI/ML | ENTERPRISE DATA & ANALYTICS We are looking for 2 experienced Product Managers with strong exposure to AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Enterprise Analytics platforms. Locations:Hyderabad | Pune | Bangalore Compensation:₹35 LPA Fixed Maximum CTC: ₹38 LPA (including variable) Work Model:Hybrid – 2 days per week (8 days per month) in office Experience Required 9–12 Years (10+ years preferred) in Product Management, Program Management, or Delivery Leadership. Key Responsibilities • Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data, analytics, and AI platforms. • Drive AI/ML, data engineering, and analytics initiatives from ideation to execution. • Collaborate with business, engineering, data science, and architecture teams. • Manage cross-functional stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines. • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, security, and compliance. • Drive product adoption, business value realization, and KPI tracking. • Lead executive stakeholder communication and translate technical capabilities into business outcomes. • Optimize platform cost, scalability, performance, and license utilization. Must-Have Skills • Strong understanding of AI/ML and Advanced Analytics. • Enterprise Data Engineering and Analytics Platforms. • Product Strategy, Roadmap & Stakeholder Management. • Enterprise-scale Program / Product Delivery. • SDLC, Architecture Governance & Review Processes. • Strong business and technical collaboration skills.
