Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee- Mechanical Department: pre fabricaiton ( production ) Qualification: Diploma/ Be Mechanical Experience: fresher Job Location: Pirana after that kheda Joining: Immediate Salary : 23 K p.m. CTC Job Description We are looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee – Mechanical to join our Pre-Fabrication Production Department. The ideal candidate will be a fresher with a strong interest in mechanical production, fabrication processes, shop-floor operations, and quality standards.The selected candidate will receive practical exposure to production activities and gradually take responsibility for coordinating and monitoring pre-fabrication work.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in day-to-day pre-fabrication and production activities.Monitor production processes and ensure work is completed as per production plans.Understand and interpret mechanical drawings, dimensions, and specifications.Coordinate with production supervisors, engineers, operators, and other departments.Monitor fabrication activities such as cutting, fitting, welding, assembly, and finishing.Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards.Assist in maintaining production records, reports, and documentation.Identify basic production issues and coordinate with senior engineers for corrective action.Monitor material availability and support proper utilization of raw materials.Learn and follow standard operating procedures and workplace safety practices.Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce wastage.Perform other production-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and Production Processes.Understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Basic knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to work in a shop-floor/production environment.Good learning attitude and ability to work in a team.Basic knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.Candidate ProfileFreshers with Diploma or B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering can apply.Candidates who are willing to build a career in Production / Pre-Fabrication / Manufacturing are preferred.Candidate should be willing to work initially at Pirana, Ahmedabad and subsequently at Kheda.Immediate joiners preferred.Compensation₹23,000 per month CTCCareer OpportunityThis role provides an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain hands-on experience in mechanical production, pre-fabrication, shop-floor management, quality, and manufacturing operations, with opportunities for career growth based on performance.IndustryLanguage SchoolsEmployment TypeFull-time
