• Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies to expand market share and revenue streams. • Cultivate and manage high-level relationships with C-suite executives across diverse industries, including consumer electronics, automotive, telecommunications, and digital entertainment. • Negotiate and finalize complex commercial contracts and strategic partnership agreements to maximize mutual value. • Drive cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, matrixed organizational structure to deliver on key business goals. • Serve as a primary subject matter expert on the Indian streaming market, advising on trends related to AVOD, SVOD, and connected technologies. • Articulate complex technical, commercial, and contractual concepts to stakeholders with clarity and precision. • Leverage strong analytical capabilities to assess market opportunities and mitigate risks associated with new ventures. Requirements Key Requirements * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience * 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking * Experience in Consumer Electronics, Automotive, OEMs, Telecom, E-commerce/Retail, Apps, Advertising, Gaming, or Technology industries * Experience managing strategic partnerships and commercial agreements * Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-level stakeholders * Deep understanding of India's streaming ecosystem, including AVOD, SVOD, Telcos, and Connected Devices * Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, cross-functional environment * Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate contractual, commercial, technical, and business matters
