The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture, with experience developing complex, real-time applications that consume streaming data and provide seamless user experiences. You will work closely with AI engineers, backend developers, and product teams to create intuitive interfaces that visualize AI-generated insights, evidence, version history, and collaborative workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with excellent UI/UX design instincts and has experience building performance-critical, data-intensive applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable, maintainable front-end architecture using React and TypeScript. • Build highly interactive and responsive user interfaces for enterprise applications. • Develop real-time interfaces that consume streaming data using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE). • Create intuitive dashboards, editors, timelines, and data visualization components. • Build interfaces capable of handling simultaneous updates from multiple users and automated systems. • Implement version history, timeline navigation, branching, and restore capabilities for user workflows. • Develop reusable UI components and contribute to a scalable design system. • Optimize rendering performance using memoization, virtualization, lazy loading, and efficient state management. • Ensure responsive layouts, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. • Integrate evolving backend APIs while collaborating closely with backend and AI engineering teams. • Build data-rich interfaces that clearly present confidence scores, source references, validation states, and system feedback. • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following modern front-end best practices. • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design decisions. Required Skills & Qualifications • 6+ years of professional experience in Front-End Development. • Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript. • Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and component-driven architecture. • Experience building complex, stateful web applications such as: • Dashboards • Editors • Real-time collaboration tools • Workflow applications • Timeline or version management interfaces • Strong knowledge of state management libraries such as: • Zustand • Redux • TanStack Query • Hands-on experience with real-time communication technologies including: • WebSockets • Server-Sent Events (SSE) • Experience designing highly reactive user interfaces with concurrent state updates. • Strong performance optimization skills including: • Memoization • Render optimization • Virtualization • Performance profiling • Efficient component rendering • Solid understanding of responsive UI and UX principles. • Experience building reusable component libraries and design systems. • Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities. • Experience working with REST APIs and evolving backend contracts. • Good understanding of software engineering best practices including testing, version control, and CI/CD.
